Default [DF] Loot shares for hirelings

This must be covered somewhere, but I've done so much back-and-forth between books lately that my head is spinning a bit.

DF15 says something about Allies getting a share of the loot, but I can find no mention regarding hirelings, neither here nor in Campaigns.

Which bit am I missing? Thanks.

I don't recall a hard and fast rule; some work for straight pay out of DF15, some want a cut, but I work it so that your personal briefings/heightening get a cut of your share. Granting full shares above base pay has got to be good for morale.

DF15:29 "While hirelings get whatever they’re contracted for". If you offered them a fixed rate then they get a fixed rate, if you offered them a share they get a share.

The rest of that section discusses that allies are treated like PCs. Would a 125-pt PC in your 250-pt campaign get a full share? Would a PC vassal of another PC get a full share? I've never seen a PC settle for a flat rate but I suppose that could happen too.

DF15:31 has Pay Scales for normal contract work.
