[Lands Out Of Time] Skill of the week extra: Bone Carving and Flint Knapping

These are two "new skills," from p11 of Lands Out Of Time. As far as I can see, they are just Machinist/TL0 and Armoury/TL0 respectively, or in combination.

They are worth noting, however, as skills. Its not obvious that machining has a TL0 version.

It should be obvious that the skill for making tools at any tech level is Machining. But I remember the thread where it was explained to me, so I can't throw stones... even specially knapped ones.

By the description, not by the name. I am one of many people to have simply ignored the skill because of its name not sounding like something appropriate to low-TL fantasy, like Driving, Electronics Repair, and Computer Operation.
