There is a reason I opened up with most of this falls under imbuements, the work around of this interaction of powers and gear are complicated, hence why the imbuement subsystem was published.

Characters suggests giving Toxic attacks Blood or Contact Agent for representing certain types of poison, but neither requires this be done nor does it in any way suggest that you don't use the full Limitation value. Is this "corrected" elsewhere?

And for OP - getting the initial attack and the Follow-Up to combine for determining armor penetration probably wouldn't be horribly priced at the +20% you suggested earlier in the thread.

Yes, Kromm has clarified that Fatigue and Toxic are something of a special case when it comes to Follow-Up. See here for example.

Huh. Well, the only good mechanical reason to have such an odd caveat is to get around the "No Penetration Modifiers" rule for Follow-Up, and since I think I just figured out a way to fairly remove that, I think I'm going to houserule that little bit away. Thanks for the reference, though.
