I think it's worth mentioning that the template for the standard Rifleman (p. W72) requires 50 points. This is not to say that these soldiers aren't realistic, quite the contrary; it's only to stress that they are green indeed.

At Soldier -10, some of their supporting military skills seem a bit high. For people who came into the military already knowing how to shoot, I could see that, but are all of those five characters people who came into military training as good shots?

Soldier is M/A, Guns is P/E and has a +1 bonus for their IQ. So most of those scores aren't unbelievably too high after basic training.

That said... let's see.
Iosif the Russian might well be a hunter with those high levels in Camouflage and Stealth, but has no Tracking and he'd need to switch Survival (type). Joseph the Frenchman might also be a hunter, though he also misses Tracking he's better with Traps and has Survival (Woodlands).

Apart from what Michele said, WWII was really the end of the myth of the rifleman, especially in the US, which stressed long-range marksmanship for the average rifleman.

For late-war (1944-45) replacements it could be argued that skills would be lower for several nations as training was rushed.
