[DF11] Elves and Light Walk

I'm finding this a little bit unclear, do elves require Trained by Master to use Light Walk? The entry on DF11:41 waives the Chi Mastery prerequisite, but doesn't address the requirement for TbM put out in Basic.

The real sticking point is that 'Chi Mastery' (DF1:21-22) doesn't make any mention of TbM either, and the only requirement listed to learn any of the Chi Skills and Abilities is that the PC has points in Chi Mastery. Specific trumps general, I suppose, but I want to make sure that I am not missing something.

Negative. The elf just needs Acrobatics and Stealth at 14 or higher - at least that's what I get from reading it since all cinematic skills require Chi Mastery unless specifically noted.
