Is Maptool good for running Spaceships?

Greetings, all!

So, I took a look at Maptool. Looks very good so far, but neither the standard repositories, nor a quick Google search has shown any resources applicable for spaceships. I'm also not sure if MT is good for the GURPSian Ship+Facing+Vector approach. I see that facing can be easily displayed, but is a 'linked' ship+vector group doable? I also expect it to track HP with no problem, but what about tracking damage to systems?

Just asking those who have more experience than I do.

It can track damage to systems in the same way it can track HP and FP (just set the 20 systems' HP as different attributes of the token), but it has no automated way to deal with the vector bit, unfortunately. You'll have to move everything manually.
