POD game aids. Sale and copyright
I've read the copyright FAQ but not sure about the answer
I've been looking at POD options for myself, new boards, alternate counters and results cards for ogre/GeV. Am allowed to make these available fir general public purchase as add-ons if they contain A) no rules already printed by sjg B) disclaimers are per the FAQ c) no artwork from sjg Confused and definitely don't want go ahead if it is wrong |

None of these are allowable on your own, because they would all be "derivative works" based on our copyrighted Ogre game. If you want to see about getting a license, you can email licensing@sjgames.com with a detailed business plan, including suggested royalty rates.
Anything you make for your own use is fine, but you cannot distribute it in any fashion without a license. (Exception: Works available online for free are allowed if they otherwise follow our Online Policy.)
