Hi,
Is it OK to spin the car up to 360 degrees about one of its back tires if the car is at speed zero? That is a rule from the old 4th ed. Car Wars. This maneuver would not require any driving roll. |

Rules as written…no, but you can certainly do it on your own table.

The closest you could manage is a D4 in reverse (you can move backwards 1 length at speed 0) and blowing the roll by 4 skids. This could get you 180 degrees of rotation, though it's really closer to a bootlegger in reverse.

There are currently no rules in 6th Edition that allow you to maneuver or change facing without also moving. The only facing changes at speed 0 are the ones mandated in the Pushing Walls or Stuck actions described on p.16 of the rulebook.
