Rules for certain cards

Is there a place I can go to find out the correct rules for certain cards?

2 cards that stick out are:

Really impressive title card. We are not sure how this is played. Do you 'equip' it or a one time use?

Same goes for Spiky Knees.

I am sure there are more cards but those two I know we had issues with.

Those are equipable. Any card that would need to be discarded after use would say so. There is a section if the rules called "Other Treasures" where it says:

Follow the instructions and then discard it, unless it has a persistent bonus like an Item

Really Impressive Title is a Treasure card that provides a bonus, and there's a rule for that under page 5, which says:

Originally Posted by Other Treasures

Other Treasure cards (like Go Up a Level cards) are “specials.” You may play these at any time, unless the card itself says otherwise. Follow the card’s instructions, then discard it, unless it has a persistent bonus like an Item.

So, based on the card's text and that rule, you can play it at any time and it doesn't get discarded. The Hireling in Munchkin and Munchkin 3 falls under this exact same rule.

As for Spiky Knees, I'm not sure what's at issue here (end of a long day and I'm not up for making assumptions), but if your question is whether it is a usable once only: It's an Item and it doesn't say usable once only, so it stays in play and provides a persistent bonus.
