How many treasures do I get if running away with tuba of charm?

My buddy had the Tuba Of Charm and he had to Run Away from Plutonium Dragon. We had an argument about how many treasures he must get.

I told him that it is written in the Changelog that "You get to draw a Treasure", so he can only take one because the indefinite article was used.
I think that if he could take all the stuff, it would be written "You get to draw the Treasures".

He disagrees with me.

Who's right?
