Does Musical Instrument (Large Concussion) + Musical Instrument (Untuned Drum) cover it?

GURPS LTC1 has a single IQ/H skill that combined untuned drums and all untuned percussion instruments. I think that would be the logical skill to use with a drum set.

Just an aside, drums in a standard rock-style kit are in fact tuned.

It's a different use of the word tuned. The drums are tuned to produce the sound the drummer wants, not tuned like a guitar or piano to a recognizable pitch on a scale, except for things like roto-toms, which can be.
