Curse cards that affect "each player"
If I have a curse card in my hand that says it affects each player and I play that card, does the curse affect me as well?
The same question applies to the "Death Tax" card in zombies, though I assume the answer is the same. |

Re: Curse cards that affect "each player"
Yes, it will affect you. Just because you played a Curse that affects the entire party doesn't mean you get to avoid its effects. Death Tax is not a Curse, but it behaves almost exactly like one, and, yes, the same would apply. The cards themselves would have to protect the person who played them, which, to this point, I don't know of any that do.

Great! That's what I thought.
One follow-up.... Would a wishing ring in that case cancel the entire curse, or just its affects on me? ~Grant |

Re: Curse cards that affect "each player"
Usually, a Curse that affects the whole party will say if its effects can be cancelled individually. If not, a Wishing Ring will have to be used to cancel the whole Curse.

Little question regarding this... What if one of the players was wearing the Tinfoil Hat or had the Unicorn Steed... would they be immune to whatever curse it is that is to hit the whole party!?
