Steve spoke with me for about an hour about Ogre and the Kickstarter, Munchkin, GURPS and the roleplaying market, and other things last weekend, and the interview finished post-production and went live last Friday.

I really liked the interview. I believe that it speaks volumes that Steve Jackson takes the time to speak with the fans of his company's products. Kudos to Douglas Cole and Steve Jackson for it.

I just finished up...I'm kind of wowed with the last little bit about my little endeavour. Bit more than wowed. Stunned really. Overall, good stuff. His insight into the industry is as deep as it is experienced.

So... he doesn't look like he's older than 60 - in fact, he looks more like 50. And he started the company 35 years ago, which means he must have been in his mid-20s at most when he went "on his own".

Wow. That's some major balls there.

According to Wikipedia he is about 61 so started the company at about the age of 27 and 1980 was still early in RPGs

ETA: Interesting interview. Never met the man. Though I think he smoked a few of my battle fleets over at UltraCorps. But hey, 'Say La Gair.'
