Community Discussion: Promo Card List should be a google drive Excel Sheet

As the title states, I would like a discussion to see if we should change the current Promo Card list to an Excel File on a google drive. Here is my argument for why it should be changed, please feel free to add your opinions and hopefully the moderators can help us get this sorted out.

At the end of the document I have provided a link to an example of what I think it can look like.

1) Would allow for multiple active community members to be able to upgrade the document.

I believe this is the biggest reason it should be done. Now don't get me wrong, Scuba set the entire ground work for this and without those efforts I would still be wandering around blindly looking for promo cards. The problem I have is they have not been active since August of 2018. With a communal document policed by 3-5 active members the list can stay up to date better.

2) Easily downloadable for new collectors

Pretty simple really. Rather than new collectors having to rewrite all the promos down in some other document (like I did), they can simply download this one and begin checking off the cards!

3) Visually Better

Scuba did a great job breaking this document down into each section, but I personally believe having a tab for each game is easier to follow. Also, more details can be easily added to an Excel sheet, such as affiliation, out of print, URL, and differences between printings. This may be a personal preference thing but I like being able to look at a card and easily see which expansion it relates to and when/how it was printed and is it still in circulation. Such as "Catch Some Z's" being designed to go along with the Unicorns and Friends Expansion and is only available through the corresponding Kickstarter.

I may have some other additional reasons why it should be changed but #1 is really the big one. Anyway, please keep the discussion civil and hopefully this is a good idea and not something crazy. Thanks.

This looks like a worthy fan effort for the people who care a lot about these (which is not in any way a flame; we love you guys). But the mods are going to stay out of it.

I would fancy a picture/preview of the cards such as SJG uses on their own sites. Would that go against copyright and other owner rights?

or as the picture itself
