Default Wand of Disbursement question

In the Adventure Time Munchkin, the Wand of Disbursement can make ONE monster disappear and mentions that no levels are gained. In the event someone is fighting more than one monster, could they still gain levels for the monsters not disbursed? Or does that "no levels are gained" apply to the entire combat?

Thanks!

Default Re: Wand of Disbursement question

Adventure Time card questions are harder to work through, since we don't have an official production database to work with, so hunting through cards in a busy week failed to happen sooner.

The level reward removal is only for the Monster instantly defeated. If you are facing multiple Monsters, and you kill them, you'll get the level rewards and Treasure rewards from the Monsters you killed, plus the Treasure reward for the monster banished by Wand of Disbursement. If you don't defeat the remaining Monsters, you get nothing.
