Future Kickstarter Idea
I'm not sure where to put this idea, as it crosses multiple product lines.
How about a book of SJG's game art? I collect science fiction and fantasy art books, and much of the art in SJG's games qualifies. The art from Ogre, The Fantasy Trip, and GURPS (including Dungeon Fantasy) all fit right in, and I bet much of the art from the forthcoming Car Wars project would, too. A book similar to the Spectrum Fantastic Art series (hard cover, good paper, great art) would be most welcome. :)

Re: Future Kickstarter Idea
I'd love to create a company scrapbook/overview.
Next year is the 40th anniversary of Steve Jackson Games.

Re: Future Kickstarter Idea
I’d love to see something like this as well. A collection of art as well as bios on the artists would be very interesting. I’d also be interested in hearing about how SJ Games procures artists. I know many are staples, i.e. John Kovalic, but in general how artists are contracted, how the company and artist work together to reach the shared vision of a card or game or board, etc. would be a fun read.
This is def something I’d buy. |

Re: Future Kickstarter Idea
That does sound like neat 40th-anniversary kickstarter. I'd definitely back it.
