Cancelling a Paypal order
Okay, here's the problem. I wanted to buy the Pyramid #14 pdf and the Dungeon Fantasy 8, using Paypal. I ended up cancelling at the last second because I wanted to use my credit card instead, but not before I'd pushed the "Pay" button. Which means the payment is now pending, waiting for the Order guys at SJGames to come back from Christmas vacation or something.
After wondering where the heck the items in the Cart went, I re-ordered Pyramid #14, paying with Credit Card. After checking my e-mail for the receipt, I discovered the Paypal order is now pending. Question is, how do I cancel it? I don't want a double of the Pyramid download. |

Re: Cancelling a Paypal order
Obviously, any "official" answer is going to need to wait until after the new year, when the office reopens. (I don't seem to have access to any of the order-side stuff on the e23 site, so I can't see what's going on with your order "behind the scenes.")
However, is there any reason you can't leave it as "pending," and pay with any orders with the credit card until the pending order is canceled? If I'm reading you right, you weren't charged for the PayPal orders, right? |

Re: Cancelling a Paypal order
It's happened to me a year or two ago, order is still pending. I just created a new order and left it there.

I hope you're happy! You didn't complete your PayPal order, and because of that the entire website crashed for 24 hours! :-)
