Innate Attack: Projectile and Handedness
if I have a magic user (using GURPS Magic Rules) and I am casting fireball, I understand that I roll against my Fireball spell skill to cast and Innate Attack: Projectile skill to actually direct it to a target.
Is this Innate Attack skill affected by off hand penalties at all? I notice that the Flame Jet skill uses Innate Attack and specifies that off-hand penalties apply, but Innate attack in B201 does not mention anything like this (even for Beam). Just seeking clarification. Thanks in advance.

Re: Innate Attack: Projectile and Handedness
Handedness penalties normally apply to attack rolls unless specifically exempted. Situations where you would even want to cast a missile into your off hand are pretty rare, too.
