If we include total earned CP, not just current total, then I'm going with Stephen Hawkings. He's been buying successes on his HT rolls for years, and that's on top of his high IQ and skills, and all his accessories.

No doubt it’s Vladimir Putin. Forbes had listed him as the world’s most powerful person for 3 years running. Vladimir Vladimirovich is a master administrator, Candidate of Economic sciences, Specialist in law and trained CI agent. He’s still on the pike of his physical form, being Master of Sports in Judo and 8th dan Kyokushin Karate Master, a decent equestrian, above-average swimmer and mountain-skier. His domestic approval ratings are insane, charisma is truely brilliant, sheer power of personality — unparalleled. Putin can handle wild tigers and controls Siberian cranes; he is in fact like the Emperor of Mankind in Wh40k, but IRL.

“IRL” assumes absence of catchy visuals that can appear fancy, romantic and all, but are virtually just piece of gewgawry : )
Of course Emperor is cinematic, and Vladimir is a real life person, but Putin has been able to approximate the mythic image more closely than any of his fellow rulers in contemporary period (as far as I’m concerned).

RyanW, I would understand if you suspected me being Mary Zakharova of MFA. But Putin himself — a bit spadish for a guess!)

It's kind of difficult to form accurate assessments of people who have long-running propaganda or legend-building surrounding them. Putin probably does have freer use of the Russian armed forces than POTUS does of his more powerful forces. But North Koreans would be quite sure that Kim Jong-un was the highest-point individual alive.

Kim Jong-un can be cute as hell and have a way higher military rank (He’s Marshal while Putin is only Lieutenant colonel), but I wouldn’t pick him for GURPS adventuring: he somehow lacks versatility of training, and therefore would neither stand a chance in hand-to hand combat nor make it through the wilderness (although he is to be a formidable tactitian thanks to both his background and education).
Kim used to be good at basketball, but now having some health issues (we can only wish him to get better, but it lowers his Points Total anyway). And not to forget, he’s got plenty of enemies (up to in close entourage), unlike Putin, who’s an indispensable figure even for rival NATO!
Putin’s a valid pick for a high-powered Supers game, just as he is. What more to say.)
