I know it's for Dungeon Fantasy but I bought it immediately I saw it, cackling "Slime in Space-ace-ace!".

I'm curious, does this have anything that might be useful in conjunction with the Blob template from the From the Bottom Up article from Pyramid #3/72? I wouldn't mind some very goo power ups.

Reading Kromm's LJ tells me we're likely to get 3 new DF releases soon, anyone else hope they all come good on the same day?

Not really, not everyone can afford three books in a day. This would likely hurt overall sales. Lower sales means less DF.

No and I (disclaimer I have no idea of SJ Games internal process) suspect it would only be possible by delaying the release date (at least by a week) of one or two of the others. So why would anyone want that?

I don't see why they'd release them all in one day. Precedent for 4e is one a month (other than Pyramid) - this gives them 3 months of material while working on other, bigger projects (Like the Diskworld book, or Vehicles, or Girl Genius, or whichever unicorn you're cheering for :)
