Updated DF 8 file with better formatting, more descriptions and mechanics for the existing items.

Added the DF 14 data file. I still need to write in the monsters, psi affecting spells, and a couple of pieces of equipment. I plan to add Alternate Abilties options to the Template, too.

I'm getting a "modSolver: TextFunctions: Error 5: Ivalid call or argument" when trying to add the Wizard Power-Up "Magical Bolt" from DF 11.

Still gotta attend to the issue sir_pudding found in DF 14, but the rest of the files are amended and updated on GCA Repository.
