Not 100% sure if ask about the same thing as the first question, but either way:
One the second question I would assume the rules of promo cards as follows on the Cursed Demo are the general rules on promo cards in general

Re: New Cthulhu Promo Cards
I'm going to be running a Munchkin Cthulhu game at GenghisCon and would like to have an official answer for this in case the question comes up. Andrew?

Re: New Cthulhu Promo Cards
1½ month I think is a fair amount of time for this not to be considered as nagging, but a official answer would be nice, I mean it is kind of unfair for the people that I give promo cards to that anyone can draw one just like it...

Re: New Cthulhu Promo Cards
They're PROMO cards and follow all the rules for PROMO cards. The fact that older versions weren't so labeled doesn't change what the new printings of these cards are.

With ^that^ statement I would guess no, In the way that one of the new promo cards can be played as an extra card in "character building" and the others have to be drawn from the appropriate deck... Should I take out those extra Research Assistant and Monstrous Heritage cards I have in my Cthulhu stack as having them in weakens the power of the promo card?

Re: New Cthulhu Promo Cards
Treat all the cards as being whatever they look like. Whether you take them out of your decks or not is your decision.
