One of the players from my current World of Thundarr campaign wants to be a Fallout-type character. I let him, with one important change. The Vault he came from was established in 1961, and so he interprets everything he encounters in Cold War terms.

Two reasons for “evil” alignment, the idiotic notion that it somehow makes the PC “cool” or the doltish idea that it means that their character can do absolutely anything he or she wants.
