Actually, Kromm makes the ability to discriminate multiple sources part of the analysis, rather than an a priori specification on the attempt to detect. Also, that Selective Effect shouldn't be available, because Analyzing includes that.

You do not need the Analyzing (big A) enhancement to do basic analysis (little a), and basic analysis allows you to tell detected objects apart. Analyzing lets you get more precise information.

Otherwise we're back at "well, there's a bunch of Life around. But I can't tell any of it apart because I'm covered in bacteria."
