Thanks for all the information and links.
I just went back and removed the SJGs Pyramid logo from my SHELL SHOCK Scenario Map that is posted on my Flicker Page. Apologies, I meant no disrespect, it just looked so cool on that map and thought it would be good advertising for OGRE if it were ever taken to a Convention or something. Won't happen again.

I would like Steve to chime in on this one.
I just bought a nigh end 3-D printer and my nephew wants an OGRE Ninja with a laser tower and some other things. If the model is different enough from the original I don't think it's wrong.
