Default 2 pistols 2 targets?

Trying to build 'independent focusing eyes'.

First off we need to two arms to be ambidextrous - check.

Now to get to mental manoeuvres to allow for two 'aims'.

Compartmentalised mind - right?

Does it need an Extra Attack too?

Wouldn't Enhanced Tracking (B53) be simpler and more appropriate? Take one Aim maneuver, aim at two targets.

You would still need Extra Attack, Dual Weapon Attack, or an All-Out Attack (double) maneuver to shoot two weapons at the same time.

Yes Enhanced Tracking.

But with the Comp. Mind it allow to shoot one and aim the other?

No, because neither of those are Concentrate maneuvers.

There is a rather serious lack of a trait that properly encompasses parallel action of independent sub-assemblies. Putting humanoids aside, a vehicle with turrets built as a character should (potentially) be able to shoot with some turrets, aim with others, operate its sensor arrays, and move all at the same time, just as a crewed vehicle can.

...But in this case Enhanced Tracking plus Extra Attack seems like a pretty satisfactory setup.

Multiple Lock for Enhanced Tracking lets you maintain the aim on each target.
Each turn you aim it counts for everyone you can see up to your limit from Enhanced Tracking.
If you want to aim and fire many house rule Compartmentalized Mind as allowing any mental maneuver such as Aim and Evaluate.
I dont think Aiming is any more powerful than tossing an extra spell or using a mental based power.
The real iffy/cinematic part of this is aiming at multiple targets.
Enhanced Tracking lets you follow two as easy as one but I would not let you use a weapons scope or sights on two different targets. Unless you have a Heads Up display configured to let you do it.

Gunslinger can do away with the need for Enhanced Tracking. Gunslingers already get the ACC bonus so have no need for simple 1 turn Aim actions. Though they might Aim for longer to get higher bonuses or use Precision Shooting.

If you have Gun Fu you can even specialize your Gunslinger and get the price down that way.

The concept was pistols.

First off track to targets. Aim with both, or Shoot with both or Aim at one and Shoot at the other.

To clear things up: you only need Multiple Lock Ons if you want to Aim at multiple targets with one weapon.

Enhanced Tracking + Extra Attack is all that's needed, though Ambidexterity or OHWT will also be useful.
