Gauntlets

I have a doubt about 4ed. In 3ed a gauntlet used to give more damage to a punch. I imagine that it is still true, but I am not finding it anywhere. Which is the damage bonus in 4ed (it is still +2 or +1 per dice?) and where is it written?

Oh, and how much is the damage bonus of boots? +1? +2? +1 per dice? where it is?

They do the same damage as brass knuckles. Which is on B271. which is thr cr, this is compared to a normal punch which is thr-1 cr

This is also on B271, they do thr+1 cr compared a kick wout boots doing thr cr

Thanks. There is some page where it is written that the damage of a gauntlet is the same os the brass knuckles?

"... gauntlets normally give +1 to punching damage, but this rises to +2 when spiked... " (GURPS Low Tech Companion 2, p. 18).
