Default Updated / New Character Sheets

MODERATOR NOTE: This thread has gotten quite long and been going on for many years. If you are coming here for the first time many of these links may be outdated. Please look for more up to date links in the more recent messages.

Armin has posted the updated character sheet on his web site:

Misersoft

This is the official character sheet for GCA 4.

The wonderful and cool, Mélange has created several character sheets for us to use. There are extended language sheets, a protrait sheet, and you should just go to

The Mélange Madness Network or Kyoya's site who's been kind enough to mirror for Mélange.

And see what's there.

Just to let folks know, I've posted a slightly updated version of the official sheet, which will print Notes in the Notes section (at least as much as will fit), and has an option to allow for all Description and Notes text to be printed on a separate page (or pages) at the end of the sheet.

It'll be included in the next update, of course, or you can get it from http://www.misersoft.com/gca4/.

Any chance of getting the official sheet with the lines under the text?

The sheet included in the upcoming Data Update has options for that, yes.

Hello

I am new to this forum.

I used to buy GCA 3 a few years ago and I found it was better than GCB (no offense to SJG team).

I purchase by Amazon.fr (I am french) GCA 4 today and I wait for its arrival in a few weeks. Meanwhile I have a question concernig what I read on this 1st page topic... several language sheets ? Will there be any french language sheets available ?

I assume you mean character sheets? I'd be willing to do a French character sheet, but I may need a little help with some of the translation since my French is only at the "Broken (2 pt.)" level! Also, keep in mind that I can only change the labels to French, since the actual traits are determined by the data file. If you want the traits listed in French, you'd have to translate the Data File.

I found I cannot get rid of "+1 for Language Talent" note for the Languages Box.

Note that if necessary I can reduce the font size to say 8 (for Times New Roman for example) to fit 4 languages in the box.
