Agent HC-9 Thor Konnat , hero of the german science-fiction book series "ZBV" by K.H. Scheer (also co-author of Perry Rhodan).
50 books, written in 1957 and forward. Most of them have been (badly) translated in french.
Dated, over the top and not that well written but fun to read when I was young ...!

The heroes start by fighting criminals and countries threatening mondial security, but soon aliens get in the picture, then remnant of the long extinct martian civilisation, ...
