Default Dungeon Fantasy Collected .pdf Fulfillment

I received a Kickstarter announcement that fulfillment for Dungeon Fantasy Magic Items 2, Powered by GURPS by Warehouse 23 was complete. Following Phil Reeds advice from the Kickstarter page; Please contact kickstart@sjgames.com for support.

I sent an email and asked when I might receive the .pdf. I was then sent an email saying to click on the following link for an account at Warehouse 23. What is wrong with the account I have had since 2005-03-28? As I understand it, setting up multiple accounts on any of SJGames online services is grounds for getting banned.

For what it is worth, I have had many rewards for digital products provided through my Warehouse 23 account over the years, starting with OGRE, and last done with the Dungeon Fantasy Magic Items 2 book itself.

I've just had the same experience. Asked about fulfillment, giving my Warehouse 23 account name, and was sent a link to create a new account. I've gone back to them, asking why I can't use my existing account?

Pardon, I thought I posted this here. The Account they refer to is within their support system, so that you can follow along on your issue that you need support for, not a new W23 account.

Aha! I've done that and suggested that their message needs to make it extremely obvious that you're being asked to register for a helpdesk system, rather than a new W23 account or anything else.

And we appreciate the feedback, going to try and see if we can edit the message it sends when prompting the account creation to avoid any sort of confusion.
