Do I have the following maneouver statted about right?

Hello all!

So it's supersoldier time again. Our supersoldier with superhuman DX and extra attacks has two sets of armor: covert ops coat (A reflex coat, as in heavy clothing/body armor), and a tac suit (clamshell armor + strength exoskeleton bonus). In her covert ops coat, she's vulnerable to heavy explosives coming close to her.

So here is the maneuver crazy maneuver: kill someone, throw her knife and shotgun in the air, grab the rocket launcher the person was wielding, snap it in half over her knee, drop the pieces, and catch her weapons. Or generally use a one second maneuver that requires boss hands after tossing the weapons in the air and grabbing them after it's done.

2 Extra arms (One second duration, not actually arms (if one of her arms is crippled, then one of her extra arms is also crippled)) for something like between a -60% and -80% final discount? (Also explain how she can reload with her free hand being occupied by her machete knife btw)
