LOOT LETTER: Setting aside cards in a two-player game
Q: The rulebook for Munchkin Loot Letter states that in a two-player game, you set aside one card (face-down) and then turn over three cards (face-up) before playing. But the reference cards say that with two players, you only turn over three cards, without setting any aside face-down. Which is correct?
A: The rulebook is correct. When playing with two players, first set aside the top card (face-down) and then turn over three cards (face-up).

Re: LOOT LETTER: Setting aside cards in a two-player game
Thank you for this clarification. I just bought this at my FLGS on sale for $5.99, and I was confused by the wording.

Re: LOOT LETTER: Setting aside cards in a two-player game
honestly when we play 2 player we set aside all facedown and flip one over at a time as if it was another turn as we don't like seeing all cards at once
