Smilin' Stev (Steampunk)

I'm confused about Smilin' Stev's slot usage. It's Big but carries itself, so it doesn't fill the Big "slot". However, it's also Armor so if you have Smilin' Stev out you can't have another armor equipped? As in it fills the Armor "slot"? Confused because it seems that Smilin' Stev is independent from the Munchkin.

It's is a Big item that doesn't take up your only Big item slot, and can carry (but not allow you to use) a second one also without taking up your Big item slot. As least, that's how I'm reading Steve's rule -- he wrote that set, not mine.

Hey Andrew, thanks for the clarification. What do you think about the Armor part? Since Smilin’ Stev is technically “Big Armor”. Does it count against the Armor slot? Or does it “carry itself” as Armor like for the Big slot..

Please don't bump posts, especially when we're closed for the holidays. There's a sticky thread in this forum you can use if you have a question you really want answered.

Smilin' Stev is not "technically" Armor -- it is Armor. Nothing on the text says otherwise. What it lets you do all has to deal with the Big rules.
