Curse questions

9. There is this curse that states you to throw object and then players need to throw objects that worth same or more and if they dont have, they have to throw "everything" . they have to throw objects only from table or from hand is fine too ? if they dont have, what does it mean "everything" ? all hand and table including race and proffesion?
10. When using a curse against other player, does he read the curse or i read the curse? i ask this to know who choose which of his objects will be cursed .
