That would be a logical conclusion. Not, however, a correct one.

I made a graph showing the various Munchkin Sets/Expansions released by Year. I made one assumption for the data in 2010; "Several" means more than 2.

If you check it out, you'll notice a pattern; every 3rd year the # of released products drops, only to rebound even more the next year. This lull in releases is possibly due to SJGames spending 1-2 years perfecting each set (rather than churning out products exponentially)

Since 2010 came right after a lull year, it's expected they'll be releasing 6-10 new products for the Munchkin Line. All this data was legally collected and poorly graphed by me.

However this is mere speculation on my part, someone with no degree in Business whatsoever, and should be taken with a giant boulder of salt! :)

That's a very flattering conclusion. However, the lull in 2009 was mostly due to bringing me up to speed and the need to get a bunch of products reprinted for 2010 -- a process that's continuing. We do have a number of new releases, but we're also reprinting almost everything, and that eats a LOT of time and energy.

I, for one, hope it's a full size expansion and not a half size.

Does that mean that there will be 55 cards or less? Otherwise 56 or more would have been correct.
