The End of Days [IC]

It is approaching the end of summer as the sun sets in a small, 5-star resort on an island off of the coast of Australia. As this is an American resort, there is a resort-wide ball going on at all of the main facilities. Where are your characters at the moment?

[This is an open-ended question: If the location would be found on a 5-star resort, your character can presently be there.]

George Wakely is reclining by the pool on a chair, wearing a white maxiskirt and no shirt, eyes closed, enjoying the sun and mild breeze. He's rather small - not more than 5'3" on a good day, which today is likely not, and probably no more than a hundred pounds - and unassuming. His medium-brown complexion is probably genetic, but it might just be a really good tan; it's hard to tell. His hair is either dark brown, like his eyes, or black.

Back in his room, his suitcase is sitting open next to his bed, revealing an assortment of dress shirts, t-shirts, slacks, and skirts that should probably be in the closet by now, but only a couple sport jackets have made it there. They're obviously not tailored or anything - George would be the first to admit that they're thrift store purchases - but they're presentable.

Otherwise, his room is hardly touched. The bed has been slept in, but most things are unmoved and there's no sign of proper 'settling in', though he's been here three of his seven days.

Albert Jones

Albert sips his coffee as he stands looking into the security monitor.
One of the pit bosses had called in a problem at table four with his Bluetooth.
"Dial up the overhead on that one there, will you?"
Albert gazed into the screen at the image of a blackjack table, where a small
balding man with glasses sat in front of a pile of chips. He had five hands laid out
Before him, and two of those were splits. Albert could see the man's left hand
twitch rhythmically, and focused his attention on where the man was looking.
Oddly, theater was concentrated on the dealer's hands, and not at anyone
seated at another table. The twitching continued, and at the exact moment
a secondary twitch of the thumb was added, the dealer added a face card to
one of the players hands, a six and a five -blackjack.
"You see that then," Albert said to the officer sitting in front of the monitor,
"He's counting. I'll go escort him to the holding room, where we can discuss his
options."

Wes sits on the third floor balcony sipping a mojito and people watching contemplating leaping from his balcony into the pool to see if he can do it. He gets up and sizes up the distance to the edge...fortunately the deep end is on his side. Like that mattered. He's jumped into shallower. He rubs his knee remembering that incident.

Wes stands 6 foot tall and is well built. Not a puff body builder but looks like he is relatively fit. He wears a red hawaiian shirt unbuttoned and yellow swim trucks. His steely blue eyes show the intensity of his profession. He has thick wavy black hair and he has stubble from not shaving for a day or so.

His room looks slightly disorganized...empty beer bottles and cocktail glasses are scatter about on various surfaces. His suit case is open on the table next to the window. His week's worth of clothes sit messily hanging out the case. He has a suit hung up hurriedly in the closet with an already tied tie drapped over the hanger. He has a pair of jeans laying on the bed along with a couple other hawaiin shirts drapped over the chairs. A pair of well worn cowboy boots sit in his closet along with a pair of crosstrainers.

Ok Wes will move furniture out of the way if he needs a running start to clear the concrete below. He will crack his joints like he does before every stunt and he will hurl himself off the balcony into the deep end of the pool hollering "Yahooo!" as he goes down. He will use Acrobatics to right himself and help lesson the impacted!

John Pierre is in the hotel kitchen, cooking up food for the guests at the hotel

He lands without harm into the pool, making a massive splash. From the side of the pool, you hear a woman go "OH MY GAWD, DID YOUSE GUYS SEE THAT!"
Some of the women, after the initial shock, run over, asking "Are you OK... Oh my..." etc.
You spot other women who are sunbathing looking you up and down, smiles on their faces.

[You gain 2 CP, 1 for roleplay and the other for successful risk taking. Many who witnessed this feat will react to you at a +1 bonus]

Wes smiles and says "Hello Ladies I am fine....names Wes...Wes Anderson Hollywood stuntman.....Wheres the bar I need a mojito!"

George flinches awake as he's splashed, and watches this "Wes" walk off. He mutters to himself, "Thanks a lot, ancestors, for selecting people whose adrenaline response included endorphins." He then checks his watch and, noting another twenty minutes, falls back asleep.

You could, but I believe all of those would require at least four points. But yes, you can spend them as you get them, just post what you changed on the OOC page.
