Run-Time Error at Startup

I get this: Run-time error '380': Invalid property value
Tried updating, didn't work.

I've lost my CD, and have no way to reboot the program at this time and need help..

Have you tried running GCAClearAppData.exe? (see: GCA4 FAQ: GCA is crashing or appears to be not responding - how can I fix the program?)

Edit: Found the repair function in the uninstall thing, fixed it. Thanks anyway.

My HD died and a new one got my backup data. I'm getting runtime error 429 Active X can't create object when it dies. Any ideas?

Well, from here and here it looks like the cure is to make sure to reinstall from an Administrator account. Right-Clicking on the Installer and selecting "Run as Administrator" doesn't hurt as well.

No go. I'm on the only account and on P no tun as admin on the right click.

You can go to http://www.misersoft.com/gca/docs.php and try the fix for Runtime Error 430 that it talks about. Similar issue, so if you did successfully install GCA, that may help ensure that the correct files are being referenced.
