I try to avoid the real world a lot of the time, but a recurring theme is that Barack Obama is a joke that Kobal forgot the punchline to (or else decided the joke looked better on paper) so he just left him where he stuck him and moved on to something else.

I can't decide if this guy's gonna get picked up as a servitor by Janus' Malakim or Eli's. A train-hopping, hitch-hiking do-gooder, stopping evil and looking to catch a wave....
