Progressively inaccurate with repeated use?
Is their a limitation to a power that suffers cumulative penalties to attack or skill rolls for each use after the first, until it's not used for 24 hours? If not, what would you suggest for a cumulative -2 penalty?

This limitation works similiarly to limited use. At best the user might get 5 or 6 uses before the ability ceases being marginally useful. I'd probably price it at -10 or -20 percent discount.

Re: Progressively inaccurate with repeated use?
I wouldn't want to price it any lower than the existing Inaccurate or Unreliable limitations that equal the per-use penalty. Sure, you get one good use out of it... but if you use it 5 times in a day, the average penalty would be x2 the per-use penalty.

This is also very similar to two levels of Increased Immunity (GURPS Psionic Powers, p. 21): -20% to go from no penalties to cumulative -2 penalty lasting one day, except that it's about your uses rather than a target's resistance.
