Weapon Bond and WM
Does Weapon Bond count towards the damage bonus of Weapon Master?
My issue with this is that WB adds to effective skill. If I have WM with a Broadsword and my effective skill is dropped do to circumstances (bad footing, vision penalties etc) my WM damage bonus does not decrease, so why should something that raises effective skill increase my damage? On the other hand an arguement could be made that the Weapon Bond allows additional damage with that one weapon. Any thoughts?

Re: Weapon Bond and WM
No, they are separate unrelated bonuses.

Re: Weapon Bond and WM
People here have it right. Weapon Bond is a skill bonus, like +1 for a balanced weapon or for that matter like +1 for a turn of Evaluate. It raises effective skill. Weapon Master bonuses are figured from base skill – that is, the level you paid for.
