Dungeon of Lavish Loot (M6)
1. If I chose to take 2 Treasures can I play cards in Charity Phases? Can I do this if it not exceed limit?
2. If yes, can I play Portal or discard cards to discover an exit in Charity Phases (and close Dungeon of Lavish Loot)? 3. If I open Portal then I Kick Open The Door and just open Dungeon of Lavish Loot, can I choose to take 2 Treasures instead draw another face-up Door?

Re: Dungeon of Lavish Loot (M6)
The point is that you may not kick open the door, look for trouble, or loot the room. This Dungeon doesn't override all kinds of other rules which allow you to play cards during your turn, so just because you're at the Charity phase doesn't mean you can't play cards that you can legally play, even if you're below the hand limit.

Re: Dungeon of Lavish Loot (M6)
It means yes to 1 and 2, and no to 3. You already Kicked Open the Door in that example, which would violate MunchkinMan's clear explanation. The fact that you have to draw another Door to replace the Portal doesn't undo the fact you already started your turn.
