Default Armed Grapple and Weapon Bind questions

IDHMBWM and I've been thinking about making a character with Longsword fighting, but I can't remember/don't know how a these two techniques work off the top of my head.

1. Armed Grapple. If a person successfully grapples his opponent with this technique can he attempt a Judo Throw on his next turn?

2. Weapon Bind. Longsword fighting has Skill Adaption: (Bind Weapon defaults to Two-Handed Sword) if you Bind a person's weapon and on your next turn switch to a 1-handed grip what happens? Does it break the Bind? Assuming it does, if you bought a perk that allowed you to use Bind Weapon with the Broadsword skill would the Bind still break when switching to a 1-handed grip? And if you can switch to a 1-handed grip without the Bind breaking can you attempt to grab the person's weapon arm (or any body part really) with Judo and try to follow up with a Judo Throw or Lock on your next turn?

I don't believe so, as you have to make a Judo Grapple before doing a Judo Throw. It would be a great Special Setup perk, though.

Honestly, I'd probably just let the Bind continue. It seems to me that once you've locked hilts, they're going to stay locked. But others may overrule me on this point.
