Re: [Monster Hunter] I Need Help With Character Generation!
You've got that character stretched pretty tightly. If your GM is okay with it, you could add Accessibility, Guns Only (-10%) to your Imbue advantage, saving another 2 points. (That means that you can only buy Guns-focused Imbuement Skills, but also that you cannot default to Beam Weapons, Liquid Projector, etc., from those skills like you normally could.)
Maybe drop Thaumatology by one level as well? I realize it's important, but you could buy it back up later. That would give you a total of 6 points. Honestly, you're trying to fit a 250-point character into a 200-point budget, so you'll have to accept that you're going to have some weak spots for now, but that as the campaign goes on, you'll be able to shore those up with earned points.

Re: [Monster Hunter] I Need Help With Character Generation!
I'd suggest dropping the idea of 'all the guns' and get 'my very favorite gun', since I mean how often do you use multiple types of guns at once?
Gunslinger 'this model only' is only 5pts Imbuement 'this thing only' is also much cheaper. |

But yeah, Nautilus, if you roll in properly prepared could get away with just "Specific Gun" versions of your gunning abilities for a while. |

I don't see any Quirks, that could mean another 5 points to spend.

Re: [Monster Hunter] I Need Help With Character Generation!
I plan on using 2 Desert Eagles and a Scar-H (With an underbarrel grenade launcher) so I can't really limit everything to Guns (Pistol). I could feasibly limit Imbue to Guns Only that would be a few points.
Then I guess I could drop Psychology a level, I don't want Thaumatology below 10. So that's 6 points. Adding some quirks will get me some more points but I'll have to run that past my GM. Is there a way i could limit Gunslinger to just 3 skills (Pistols, Rifles, and Grenade Launchers) |

It takes time to swap between weapons and is a lot of encumbrance to lug around

I should be able to cover close combat and sniping/cover fire. I'm used to playing Shadowrun, maybe i'm asking for too much versatility.

Gunslinger actually removes most of the drawbacks on long arms, though smuggling them is an issue
With imbuements a battle rifle can be far better in the grenade roll than a launcher |

Re: [Monster Hunter] I Need Help With Character Generation!
Maybe I could Focus on Rifles and fulfill both roles. I'll still need to be able to use Pistols for when i have to use Holdout. But then i might be losing out on Damage. The whole Dual-Wielding idea was to put out Maximum Damage and Intimidation.
