Default Cthulhu question

Sudden head blow isn't a curse but doesn't say it can't be used in combat, so can I use it during another players combat?

If a card doesn't mention when to play it, but it allows you to play it on other people, then yes, you can play it at any time, with the same timing you could play a Curse.

So I could play it on people when they are in combat, which could turn everyone into a cultist and end the game?

You could play it on any one person, yes. If he was the last non-cultist, the game would end.

Not quite. That card can only turn one person into a Cultist. But, you could play it on someone during combat.

But if that person is the last non-cultist, the game would end immediately right?

Well I had two of them in my hand and there were two people who were not cultist, so I played them both on them, and the game ended with 3 level 9 cultist and a level 7 cultist, so everyone but the jerk won :)

Why wouldn't it?

You did remember to give the last non-Cultist a level after playing the first Sudden Head Blow, right? You must play and fully resolve one before you play the next. If so, then that's a valid play, congrats.

Only if the level the non-Cultist received gave him the winning level. The game only ends immediately if all the players become Cultists.
