"Let It Go" from Frozen
Is it just be or does the part of the film where "Let It Go" is sung seem like a falling Elohite?

I think it's just you. Now, as a sort of Redemption sequence, I could go with that...

Re: "Let It Go" from Frozen
Oh, "Let It Go" is just STEEPED in some interesting stuff.
On the In Nomine front: Freedom'd have an interest... Janus might be intrigued... Destiny and Fate are always interested in people... My take? There is a huge subtext about teenage depression going on in the movie, whether that was intended or not*. I did a very rough "pouring out my headguts" draft at my dreamwidth account. As such, full of contradictions as it is when set in the context of the movie itself, I'd say... it's really, really human. (Which doesn't mean it's not a'gonna appeal to celestials, and trying to analyze the thing from Choir/Band/Word viewpoints would be... amusing.) (* Footnote: Subtexts and themes happen whether the author intended them to or not. More than once, I've written something and someone comes along and does a review, and makes a comment, about what I put in the text... and I go, "Wait, what?" And I look, and then I go, "You know, you're right. That is in there. Huh!")
