Inventing new martial arts style?
Martial Arts p146 has a simple discussion of inventing new martial arts styles. (Short version: "Sure, build it how you like, subject to reason and GM approval.")
I seem to remember reading something different, though: more detailed rules that involved creating the style (a variant of the Invention rules?), then making rolls to popularize the style, find students, etc. Is this eluding me somewhere in Martial Arts? Or was it published somewhere else? Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Re: Inventing new martial arts style?
Martial Arts 2e, for GURPS 3e, dedicates ~5 sidebars to developing new styles. That's about 2 full pages worth if combined, see on p. 71-75. This may be the rules you're thinking of.

Re: Inventing new martial arts style?
Yeah, that sounds like what I'm recalling. Thanks!
