Hi everybody,

i think that for the next three Munchkin GAE, it would be great to see Munchkin bites (Greg Hyland's style would fit well), Munchkin booty, and the good, the bad, and the Munchkin.

Two questions (but nothing to see with GAE sorry).

-Why not a new Munchkin coreset in the world of "tales of one thousand and one nights" (with the magic carpet, the genius of the lamp....) ?

-We have coresets with curses, with traps, and even with both (in Munchkin bites).
Why not a booster with 15 traps for Munchkin the coregame ? Traps are as necessary as curses in a dungeon, aren't they ?

Helloooo

I was hoping to ask if you guys could share information on plans for future GAE. There are many sets that I haven't bought because I am waiting to see if they come out as GAE.

Thanks,
Shin

We've announced a Super Munchkin GAE by Lar deSouza and a Munchkin GAE by Edwin Huang. There is one more GAE after that, but we aren't ready to announce it yet. I will say that it doesn't match any of the GAEs we've already done, is not a licensed game, and is a set we have previously published in glorious Kovalicvision. Currently, we expect to have it next summer, just under the wire of the extended 15th anniversary year.

These are the last three GAEs planned, right now.

I'm bummed to hear that there is only 1 more unannounced GAE. I thought there were 4 since the GAE page has 4 "unrevealed".

But thank you so much for the info and quick reply! With the info you gave me, I feel okay with buying a few of the licensed ones :)

The same feeling for me. Let's hope that the next GAE will be Munchkin bites, because i was expecting something more "creepy" about the drawings and was a little disappointed by them. So a "spooky redrawing" would be welcome, especially by Greg Hyland, Len Peralta, or Shane white.

It's also clear that only one redrawing of Munchkin and Super Munchkin instead of two would have made room for two other GAE, for instance Munchkin booty, and the good, the bad, and the munchkin.

Bites was never intended to be "spooky"; it's a riff on the old World of Darkness setting, which is about as far from spooky as you can get. This is veering off-topic, though; if you want to discuss the original Bites set further, please start a new thread.

We always intended to "bookend" the Guest Artist releases with two versions of the classic Munchkin game; having another set after the Huang GAE was a function of scheduling, not intent. The "extra" Super GAE wasn't planned initially and isn't taking something else's slot; if we weren't doing it, we just wouldn't do it.

Hello,

I know we have a GAE scheduled to come out this month. Can we get an update on that? Thanks!

You are probably thinking of Munchkin Guest Artist Edition by Edwin Huang: http://www.worldofmunchkin.com/guest...unchkin-huang/

This will be shipping in March. No Guest Artist Editions are currently scheduled for February, however.
