133) I'm no longer allowed to let the Cyberpsi who's actually secretly an android anywhere near the Smart Grenades. The fact that he attached fins and Spoofed a "guidance system" onto them should not mean that his "Cyber Skillz!" acts as an impromptu Gunner (Grenade Launcher) skill.
