Default More Extra Efforts?

With Doug's excellent Delvers series adding the Fevered Defense (DtG p.33) and Mighty Blow (DtG p.34) Extra Efforts, has anyone added the rest of the Extra Efforts for 1 CP each? I'm thinking Flurry of Blows and Heroic Charge would be particularly useful. In addition, do y'all have your foes equipped with Extra Effort? I can see how the rank and file enemies wouldn't have any EE (or at the most Mighty Blow for extra attack oomph), but the worthy and bosses should have at least Fevered Defense for sure. Thoughts?

I don't allow Extra Effort in Combat for DFRPG, period.

DFRPG mooks are deadly enough already if you have them aim for vitals/eyes/legs/arms, overrun (if large enough), All Out Attack (Double) (if kamikaze tactics are appropriate from a roleplaying perspective), grapple in close combat, attempt runaround attacks, etc.

Edit: oops, fixed error (bold). I do allow Strength/Speed-based Extra Effort from Exploits, just not extra GURPS combat stuff.

I use the full suite of EE in combat for PCs. For enemies, to keep it simple, only named/worthy enemies get to use it, but those who do get to use any options.

Do you make your PCs pay 1 CP for each individual Extra Effort? Or do you allow them to use all the EEs for 1 CP?

Ditto with no exp costs since they're part of the high cinematic genre I prefer to run for fantasy (I put DF/RPG in the highly cinematic side of the genres).

Granted I tend to always allow the full gamut of Extra Efforts even in gritty realism games, but then the PCs tend to have far, far fewer FP to burn on them, so making the choice to burn FP in combat is gritty choice or resource usage.

Yeah, no cp costs here either. It's just a campaign setting switch. Where is the rule for cp costs?

I think they are speaking of "extra option perk" (or rather 1 cp advantage in DFRPG) like the 2 introduced in DtG that each unlock the use (for the normal fp cost) of a specific extra-effort option in DFRPG.

It is not a cp cost per use :)

Oh, I'm well aware of the last bit; they cost fat to use. And I was aware of the extra option perk but not aware what book it's in. I'm sure it well predates Delvers to Grow but I can't place it.

In DFRPG, not sure it is used before DtG

In Gurps, it appear in GURPS Power-Ups 2: Perks p20, and possibly earlier as a form of UB.

"For instance, each aspect of ... Extra Effort in Combat (p. B357), ..., could be an Extra Option perk in a campaign where those rules don’t universally apply."

In DF, it appears in both denizen books

As I mentioned in the OP, I'm talking about the Delvers books where Doug added the Extra Efforts as advantages for 1 CP each. I was curious how everyone else handled EE for foes of the PCs in their DF games; I've been conflicted on how I'd handle it.
