Default ST requirements and multiple weapons

If you have something like the Warbot (UT p167) that has Extra Arms 3 (Weapon Mount) and Lift Strength 40 and put a weapon on each mount and want to shoot them all in the same turn, should you add up their ST requirements?

Also, funny thing, the Gauss HMG is 20M while a the LMG is 12B†, so the HMG takes less ST to fire one handed without penalty. :)

You do not add the requirement. The ST requirement is for 1h or 2h use. A normal human with ST:10 can also wield 2x pistols with ST:10 requirements.

Keep in mind you can only do one attack maneuver or all out attack maneuver per round without advantages.

If one were to assume that the lack of a dagger wasn't an oversight, as the lack of daggers on all mounted weapon's stat in UT suggests that it was.

That certainly makes them more sensible, so I'll go with that.
